Helen N. Rolle,
PhD, is a Bahamian-born
counseling psychologist with specialty training in
addiction treatment and women's trauma recovery.
A
compassionate and dedicated professional, she is
believes that recovery from substance abuse and drug
addiction is possible. She has used her platform to
promote advocacy through community groups, training,
family education, drug court, and social services.
She resides in Nassau, The Bahamas, and is an active
member of the Grant's Town Seventh-day Adventist Church
Helen
has a PhD in
counseling psychology from
Andrews University in
Berrien Springs Michigan, USA, in 2018. She holds a Master of
Science degree in Counseling Psycholgoy from Alabama
A & M University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Communications from Oakwood University, and an
Associate of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass
Communications from The College of The Bahamas.
Before pursuing her
PhD, Helen worked as a Program Coordinator in
Atlanta, Georgia, USA. While there, she obtained her
License in Professional Counseling, Certification in
Addictions Counseling
and Certification in Clinical Supervision. Helen is
also extensively trained in Gender Specific Addition Treatment,
Relapse Prevention, Anger Management,
and the Trauma Recovery & Empowerment Model (TREM).
