The new
pastor as of Sunday, February 28, 2016, is Mark Ewen.
Pastor
Mark Ewen is a native of Jamaica who is married to
Bahamian, Taweisha Whylly. She is a guidance counselor
and also a nurse. They have two lovely children Matea,
age 13; Mark, Jr., age 6. He is energetic, loves people
and enjoys spending time with his family.
Mark Ewen first started pastoral ministry in his native
home, Kingston, Jamaica, in 1997, where he served eight
churches. He was ordained to the gospel ministry in
Jamaica in 2002.
He moved to The Bahamas and served in the district of
North Andros (2004 to 2008) before going to Andrews
University, Michigan, to study for the Masters in
Divinity degree. Pastor Ewen also graduated from Trios
College Brampton, Ontario, Canada with a diploma in
Community Service .
